That site is incredible, and it makes me think twice about throwing materials away!

When you get that small, your start to blur the line between streamers and wets. Not that there is anything wrong with that, there isn't. I like to fish
the Picket Pin, which is a hair winged wet, and I almost always strip it like a streamer. It's a very versatile pattern. I also fish other winged wets the
same way.

I like to tie and fish these for smallmouth in larger sizes., this is a baby version tied on a size 8 streamer hook for bream. you can add rubber legs and it
makes a great slider fly for topwater also.
TMC 104SP size 8 two tones or maribou or rabbit for tail gold flashabou tied above tail and left long chenille for body deer or elk hair spun for body, clipped to desired shape.

Awesome tie! I am sure that is a getter on top. Would be a nice one for a sink tip line as well....

I like that and tie basically the same thing only with a strip of bunny just behind the deer hair, and I tie it on a very heavy wire hook so it will almost
susspend just under the surface of the water. Very nice tie there as well.

I love small bucktails for bass, gills and trout in spring run-off. My favorite is a simple pattern, similar to the old Black-White Optic Bucktails I used to
buy in much larger sizes in upper Michigan as a kid. Size 12-14 3x long shank hook, White Bucktail wing, with a strip of black bucktail on top. Silver tinsel
body, though I use silver Mylar tubing, with eyes painted on the head. Have not done any in some years due to the time involved painting the eyes. I have one
or two left from years ago that I refuse to use as they are the last ones. Need to get some going this winter..
I am sure you guys know I would be happy to post a pic, but my camera is being repaired (not sure I trust the 17 year old I gave it to at the "geek squad" either)
